Different web browsers and computer systems will display web content differently. This occurs because the developers for internet browsers make the decision on how their browser should work and what the web user will expect.
Because of these decisions/assumptions, each web browser will follow a different set of rules.
What is a good Browser?
A good web browser will abide by the W3 web standards for:- Javascript (interactions on a page once it's loaded)
- HTML (layout, and content information for a web page)
- CSS (special styling attributes for colours, paragraph settings etc.)
